About Me

Hi! My name is Alicia - I'm a true NYer that lives in Phoenix now. I always introduce myself that way because I think being from NY gets to heart of who I am. I am a recently separated mother of 2 (20 year old boy and 17 year old girl), stepmother to one (24 year old girl) and "foster" mother to one (31 year old double amputee). I am also a big hero to my two dogs who I rescued and love as much as my children (my kids might disagree - and say I love them more). I run an executive coaching, leadership development business for the last almost 6 years and before that I had a pretty bad ass career in Corporate America spanning organizations of all sizes, in all industries, and all sectors. I am a fiercely loyal and deeply loving friend - and with the small family that I do have - my friends are my family. I love to travel, to workout and eat amazing food (paired with good wine of course). I love girls weekends, brunch and the beach.
